These elite certificate covers are made of sturdy, simulated leather material and hold an 11" x 8 1/2" certificate. The inside lining is your choice of white or gold moire' with one or two sub panels with four matching corner per panel. Available in black, burgundy (PMS 202), dark green (PMS 342), or dark blue (PMS 295).
